I slipped and fell on ice. I hurt my back,ribs,and wrist...Anyone know what I can get if I sue for negligence...Or a range from what to what is the least and whats the most? It was at work on the jobsites property and it should have been sanded. I was out of work for 2 1/2 months.

You can't sue your employer but you can get worker's compensation which will pay you 'till you can go back to work. Your employer should also pay your medical bills. If you want you can still try and sue the job site (not your employer) you can do court costs, medical bills, lost wages because you were off work, and pain an suffering. If your employer is giving you worker's comp and paid your medical bills don't try to sue.

u should use this as a wake up call to watch were you r walking and instead of seeing how much money u can get safe yourself and maybe someone else in the future instead of futher baking up the us quart systems
