Pennsylvania:
* It's unlawful for fourteen or more women to reside under the same roof (because technically, it's a "brothel").
* Beer and Liquor can't be sold at the same stores
* Beer can be bought in quantities of 192oz (12 pack of 16oz) or smaller at restaurants ONLY. If you want more than that you have to go to a state beer distributor, where you can ONLY purchase by the case.
* It's unlawful for the state to register or require training for firearms. |

In washington, posession of under 40grams of marijuana is punishable by 1-90 days in jail and a 250-500 dollar fine.
over 40 grams is 6 months to 5 years, and a $5000-$10000 fine
that's pretty retarded. |

You MUST have no more or no less than 1" margins on any legal document pertaining to the filing of an appeal.
That's right, good ol' Florida has a law DEMANDING that all papers be typed with 1" margins on the sides.
Enforceable by the clerk of courts. They won't accept your documents. |

Im from Ohio and there are many laws that I think are retarded but they are the law nonetheless......
1. It is against the law in the state of Ohio to back out of your driveway..not enforced but still pretty stupid.
2. Only some cities in the state is it against the law to use your cell phone while driving and some cities it's against the law to text while your driving.
3. Smoking is banned in public areas.

medicinal use of marijuana is legal. Also, a person is allowed to have a certain amount in their possession, but the feds keep trying to change that.
