When someone files a complaint of inappropriate behavior against a dr...?

I filed a complaint against a dr and when I did they told me that it would go on his record, it would remain in his record but what I want to know is if I can check and make sure it is in his record and will other patients be able to see that there is a complaint of inappropriate behavior against his record? Is there any way that I can see or any other person can see it? I want people to be able to know who he is and what a monster he is, is there any way I can check his record?

I filed a complaint with the hospital! Ans he was inappropriate, when I told the hospital how hw had behaved the nurse gasped and sais; Oh Goodness! or something like that!!!

Who told you it would stay on his record, the hospital or a lawyer? If it was the hospital then you need to get a lawyer asap, there are several who handle things like that for free. Also, I don't believe patients normally view doctor's records, I think it's for hospital purposes, however i'm not sure. |

Filing a false report would be a misdemeanor but giving false testimony or testimony that you don't know for sure is true is perjury, a felony, a breach of the laws of God and Man.
So assuming you filed a valid complaint (with whom?), there should have been some follow-up. Unless he has been convicted you should be careful what you say about him until such time as he is convicted. |

You can contact the state medical board to see what's been done about your complaint, but in western societies, we generally have this thing about the presumption of innocence, so if he hasn't been found guilty of misconduct in court or at least had a negative finding in a formal hearing, there's probably not going to be anything published. |
