Long story short i went to court took a plea on the four charges i had well later they told me i actually had 8 what happens with the other four i wasnt brought up on.How long do they have to bring these up?
Additional Details
Will i be brought up later? Even after i have completed all court requirements and have never gotten in trouble.

A criminal complaint can be amended at any time. It is not that unusual to add charges later if more information comes forward. |
