This law is touted enough on conspiracy websites that I expected to at least find either the text or a refutation of it, but I can find only the reference used in some of those sites, mostly as part of a Congressman's speech.

The government has designated libraries through the nation as repositories for all public records to which PL 89-719 is. You can go on line and find a library in your area. I suggest you start with state and county and also local university's and collages. Also try going on line to the Cornell Law Library. |
