Walmart is the biggest corporation in the world. They are violating so many other human rights and environmental laws. Those are the ones you should be worried about. go this website...

sounds like they may have a contract that you know nothing about!
Be sure of your facts BEFORE you make rash claims!
Have proof, no proof, no crime! |

after you read all the contracts between walmart, disney and the distributor, ask yourself if anyone cares. |

Unless Disney gave them a "screener" they ain't supposed to. They won't even sell movies to employees a 1 minute to 10 the night before. At the all night store you have to wait for 12:01 to get it.
But if it's a legal screener, then they can play it.
Generally they don't get movies until the night before. |

walmart has movie issues. Their dvds skip alot of times.
they probably have a liscence to preview it though
and anyway if the did get in troble they could probably
write it off as a tax loss |

I would report it to a TV station and see if they can help. Our local TV station always helps us with certain problems that no one else will. |

Mind your own business.

I don't know exactly what you are talking about, but it sounds like you're saying Walmart is showing a movie on its tv's in a store, that doesn't come out until Oct. 3rd.
If that's the case, movie clips are shown on tv before the movie premieres all of the time, so what law are they breaking? |

What Disney movie can't they play? I mean what is wrong with G rated movies? |
|

answer faerie, V.T., A. M.

google it, you should find that movie's website, and it'll tell you who it's distributor is. let them know and they'll persue legal action if they wish. |

Does that really matter? is it going to change your life having the movie taken off??
An employee in the electronics section probably brought it in from their home. So they have one bootleg. Big deal.
Just shut up and close your eyes.

Report it to Walmart first, thier stores have strick rules about not putting movies out for sale prior to specific release dates.
Report it to the production compay on the movie label. |

Are you one of those out there sue happy and trying to make some money off walmart? Hmmmm. Very cheesy. Walmart sells Directv products and may have gotten some extra perks from that company. I'm sure walmart has the legal issues all taken care of. |
