I know this is a crazy question but do I just go to the courthouse.. or what.. And do they charge anything.. if so how much?

They have them at any bank. I have always gone in to a bank and had them do it. It only takes a minute, and most charge like 5 dollars. |

Banks often do. There is usually a fee, although many banks waive that fee if you're an account holder at that bank. |
