Where, such as what states, do employers have to justify tracking of other employees?
My husband is being watched very closely at work right now and feels like he is being babysat. This has never happened to him before. He is always on time, never takes long lunches, does not get on internet, etc. He feels like he is being picked on and that possibly his boss is sabotaging his job. Should we have any concerns and what should we look for? Who can we talk to about this and what should we do? We are also working on managing stress at home and at work.
It is really bothering him and I am trying to do some research just in case. Thanks for any tips or advice in advance.
