Where is the official "rule book" of the US laws?

I just wanna know where all of the US laws are written down, The constitution has laws of the government, but what about the people?

The United States Code contains Federal Law.

Your State has a separate list of laws.

Your County has a set of laws of their own.

Your City has a set of laws as well.

Then, court decisions shape law as well ('Case Law').

In short, there is no one single place with what you want.

For federal law, it is in the United States Code. It's not one book, but is several big volumes of books.

If you live in the U.S., your local library should a copy of it. They probably have a copy of your state laws as well. For local ordinances, you can check with city hall.

In what field? We have gazillions of laws man.

Every other law stems from that which is in the Constitution.

Except for civil rights. I think it is disgusting that gays are looked upon as second-class citizens.

Joe from WI
The "book" of all the laws is a mile thick, and it gets bigger every year. The "book" has doubled in size since the 1960s. Every day, frivolous laws are passed by people who have no choice but to pass them. They'd lose their job.
