Whether the rapest should be given mercy by the eye of law if so whether should be any kind of consideration ?

There are some crimes which I don't believe society should have to put up with. My thoughts are that crimes of violence against innocent others, especially helpless children and young women are intolerable. Whenever someone is physically forced to do something against their will it is violence.
As far as I am concerned the society which finds this behavior intolerable should educate everyone at an early age that the penalty for 1st time conviction for these crimes is exile from the country. There should be strict conviction evidence standards upon which appeals could be denied. Those convicted would be taken to holding cells and kept without food but water only for a maximum of ten days to gather a sufficient number to be efficient with tax payer money. Then they would be taken out to sea well beyond the international water line and given the opportunity to walk the plank. The only thing else they would get is instructions to swim the other way.
I think walking the plank is the best method to deal with capital criminals because it does not place the burden of taking life on the dispositioners. The convicted step out on their own. If they are guilty the sharks will eat them. If they are innocent the dolphins will save them. We just don't want them living in our society anymore. This way, we wouldn't even have to deal with their bodies.

There is no excuse for rape. The rapist should be given no mercy. He sure didn't give any to his prey. Anyone who wants to rape should be kept in solitary confinement for the rest of their life. They don't deserve to be allowed to mix with others.

The rapist, should go to jail, for his or her given term and during that term, should be given consoling and after released should continue with the consoling and be checked up on, to make sure they haven't turned back to their old ways. But that would be for first timers.

If there are those that have continued this crime gone to jail and released a number of times. It comes to a point, when they have ran out on chances and should be kept behind bars, because they can no longer live in society.

i dint know what is rape? oh it is something to do with law. so it might be robbery OR kidnapping or murder. so they should be punished even if it is a girl does a rape. but let me know what kind of punishments can be given to women rapist? please let me know in Ur feed back.
