One civil right takes a right away from another.
We were watching Super Size me in one of my classes today and this guy being interviewed was complaining about people pressing lawsuits on fast food chains. He says that they go there to eat knowing that it is unhealthy, and the workers can see that overweight people are unhealthy, but if they were to deny service to these people with a weight problem.... They'll sue them for that. |

The poor. When you have working people, who do not have health care and cannot afford to take their children to the doctor. Or seniors on fixed income, who are forced to decide between medicane and food, those are the people who are struggling for their rights. |

People are fighting to keep the right to defend themselves and their families. Example - being able to own a gun and use it if necessary, closing the borders (with severe consequences for the criminals that cross anyway, religious rights, smoking. The list goes on and on. Americans seem to be quickly losing their rights as individuals. |
