i think its rape cause your body is like numb and also your mind might have trauma while murder is a intent to kill but still this 2 things are quite the same cause if you are raped your body is dead while your physically alive while the murder is a struggle to death.

From an objective stance I would say murder because there is evidence of rape victims forming a somewhat "normal" life in time.
Individual victims may have a different response but of course if you are murdered you can not talk about it afterwards.

There are different types of rape and many victims get on with their life's afterwards obviously murder is irreversible and often effects more people than the victim.

No contest they are equally as bad!

One takes a life and leaves a family and friends to grieve the other takes dignity and replaces it in a lot of cases with self loathing and fear.

Rape, lasting scars. Murderers and rapists should both get the the death penalty.
