My car was seized unlawfully, i went to pick the car up, i paid 150 pounds for it, now that i proved that i was insured can i claim the money back?

if your car has definitely been seized unlawfully you can make a claim in the small claims court for expenses incured alternatively speak to your insurance company and see if you are covered against such things. www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk |

I don't know where you live, but in my country you just bribe them so they don't take you car or give you a ticket, you bribe with 1/4 of the amount of the ticket. |
