I believe that I am getting majorly underpaid and I am sick of it. Who can I contact to investigate??
I worked over the Easter break and did not get any extra payment, even though I worked every single day (including Good Friday which IS a public holiday), so does anyone know who I can contact??
I'm in Australia, so really need Australian organisations!

Firstly - if you are employed by a large company e.g. woolworths, Myers etc you will need to contact your union representative - if you work in a small organisation - e.g. takeaway, deli etc where there are less than 20 employees they dont need to pay you any extra - Howards government scrapped holiday payments for small businesses - that was why there were lots of demonstrations 3-4 years ago.
You need to provide more information about what job you have. |
