I got alot of grievances about my Chain of Command, and I keep hearing there is nothing I can do regardless of documents. How can an officer regulate order,/regulations, and not have to follow them? And how can they put a crime on record with out knowledge of soldier? Any help I can find would be helpful..........

Hello,
I would take it up with my chain of command, if they are the top of that chain, get all supporting documents for your case and take it to the IG, they will start a formal investigation.

There's a way to do a Citizens Arrest. I am not exactly sure of how, but that might be something u could look into. |

If it's an actual criminal issue, you can take it to the MP's,,,if it's a civilian criminal issue, take it to the FBI,,,,if it's a regulation issue, take it to JAG. It can be done, officers have to answer to people also.
I fought two attempts by my C.O. to discharge me by going to the JAG office and counterfiling against him, eventually we were both transfered to other units |
