Because they're black and we're white. They think they're owed something from all the years of slavery we put them through. It was wrong what we did as a whole, but that was the past. I bet if someone who was white took it to the man in charge, whitey would get fired. They wouldn't want to look bad in face of other companies, now would they?

no company actually allows anyone to bully a co worker no matter the skin color. if your company allows it they are facing possible lawsuits and really need to be reported. abuse is not tolerated in the workplace

Because a LOT of blacks were raised in a culture of ignorance where they are taught from birth that whites are the cause of all of their problems.

I may not agree with Obama's views but at least if he gets in to office, whites can go around saying:

You shouldn't let anyone bully you! But they get away with it because people are afraid of conflict. They act like we owe them something, and now that is amplified by this whole Obama thing too. Bully's, bully because they are weak and afraid. So, that makes the victims of bully's major cowards, who are suffering from self-inflicted wounds. Stand up for yourself regardless of the consequences and feel human again, you'll like having a backbone, it helps you walk upright.

Because the drive for racial equality never stopped once it had been achieved. It just kept going and now the situation has been reversed - and some of them still claim to be the victims.

Any white person who makes a complaint against any ethnic minority is pre-judged as a racist by most organisations and legislatures.

Why are you allowing yourself to be bullied should be the question you ask yourself. Whether it be by someone African-American, Caucasian, Asian, etc. If you feel like you are being abused at work, speak to your manager and/or your human resources representative. If you feel you are not receiving any support, file a grievance report. Of course this is all relative to if your question is in fact truly a valid one. I hope this is not a matter of racial ignorance rearing its extremely ugly head again...jeez people it's 2008 already!!!!

Uhm the question you ask is based on a personal experience you have had. You can not expect that to be a common question or a normal code of conduct. I think it stupid when ppl ask questions about a experience they had with one or few black ppl to base that on the race. That is like if I said why are white ppl so hateful towards black ppl or why do white ppl automatically not want to hire you because of race. See how that makes no sense I cannot base my racist encounters on a whole race. The people in your situation are probably just as racist as you are thats why they gang up againest you and you feel like its you VS the black people. I dont care what color someone is if they disrespect me I will handle them period!

Look up your history and learn it. There were more Irish slaves in the colonies and west indies than black ones. There was a guy named Cromwell who got together with the British Crown and they decided to rid Ireland of the Irish. I'm not talking about indentured servitude here. British slavers along with the Dutch, rounded up Irish citizens by the thousands, separating families and children to be sold in the colonies as slaves. Women were bred, just as their African counterparts were, for more slaves. By the time they were finished, Ireland had about 500,000 people left. The Brits hated the Irish so they worked them literally to death. They didn't hate the African slaves because they were more adapted to working in the heat, especially in the colonies in the west indies. Don't hand me that crap about blacks being slaves. More white people were slaves and treated much worse. Cry me a river.
