jeez, Im reading questions that girls have about abortion like: "what is the safest way to have an abortion?" and all the answers are " don't kill that baby","your a horrible person for doing that" etc...umm excuse me? so your saying god planned a child to come into this world, and have a very hard life? your saying that a 13,14,or 15 year old should become a mother, children raising children? your saying that instead of terminating and relieving the burden this would bring to the expectant mother,the child, the taxpayers, the government, and health care, to keep it? please...that might be fine if you grow up saving your first kiss for your wedding day,and being abstinent till marriage,or if you live in a cave, but for everyone else, just have an abortion.
the matter isn't if your killing a life or not, its if the mother can handle having a child, that's true pro-life....the expectant mother's life. and how dare anyone judge someone else's decision....I don't judge you do I?

Adoption? hahaha thats why foster homes are breaking at the seams, you all live in a dream world where every baby put into the system is then matched to a perfect life! you do know that while waiting for an adoptive family to "come along" their placed in foster homes where they are physically and mentally abused....good thing you kept the baby and didn't terminate.......right?....cause getting abused is way better?

How do you like the name of the first answerer, that is a pro lifer. It's 'Funk me sideways' and she doesn't believe in abortion. Maybe she sells babies on the black market.

I think birth control is the best advice, abstinence is completely unrealistic. I just do not see why you folks do not just give it up, this argument is never going to go away, you are going to make the world a horrible place if you don't give the abortion argument a rest. One of you is talking about a baby at 26 weeks, who said they wanted an abortion at 26 weeks? That is pretty much a premature delivery at that point. An early abortion is no different than your period.

In an ideal world no one would get pregnant when they did not want to, but we do not live in an ideal world. At best we can only try to get along in it and agree to disagree and do what is best for the most people. As Schmoo said the foster situation is terrible and did any one know that that the majority of homeless people are kids who have aged out of the foster care system. That s not a pretty statistic. The same people who VOTE against or for people who say they oppose abortion, are the people who deny these foster children a college education. So those two things can not live together and be fair or MORAL it is not moral to FORCE some one to have a child and to deny them things you have. Things Like health care, education, home ownership.

All of you, there is no such thing as an ABORTION CLINIC, they are FAMILY PLANNING CLINICS, the provide birth control , counseling women's medical services. They do not exist for abortions they are a medical facility.

There's so many women out there that can't have babies. That really want one to love and hold like their own. Abortion is very hard for someone to do. It will haunt that person for a long time. I had to have one done because my baby had so many things wrong with it. That it wasn't possible to let it be born. Adoption is the way to go.

With all the schooling and contraceptives there is NO EXCUSE for a regular abortion, and in the cases of rape and incest (rare) it's still not the child's fault, punish the guilty-not the innocent.

There are millions of couples all over the world who would pay thousands and thousands of dollars for a healthy newborn baby, so if raising the child is the main problem, then that could be the solution, and make an infertile couple the happiest people on the planet.

Personally, I'm pro-life, because I hate knowing that abortions are like killing a little baby who could do amazing things and contribute to our world.

I don't freak out when people are pro-choice, as this is just my opinion, and that's theirs.

I find this subject to be rather touchy one....I feel things such like abortion should be a personal choice more than anything. Personally I am pro life, and that if I was to have a child at my age;19. That it would be for me to have to take care of. And as far as people judging others for it, I just cant. My mother had an abortion not long after I was born, and at the time, it was right for her, due to all the things she was going through, with a failed marriage, just getting out of that, and many other things. But overall my point of this is, with her, she had to live with that, and it did hurt her in the long run.

Yes I do see it as killing a life, because who that person/baby could have been,and what that life could have done.But I don't think that we should judge, and I feel things such as an abortion is a personal choice.

I'm with you! We are no better than all the other species that inhabit this planet! We are doing what comes naturally! The other species follow the natural law, WE, on the other hand, follow human bigotry and hypocritical religous nonsense. Go with the flow instead of our hearts! We are overpopulating this planet with unwanted kids, and yet we have the means to use methods of birth control, and I am not talking about abortion! If all these Pro-life DO GOODERS want all these fetuses to come to term, then why don't THEY adopt them!!??? Or pay the taxes to support them!! They are All talk and no action! Most of these kids land up in foster homes, and/or are abused! Some never get past the door until they reach the age of 18, then they are thrown out onto the street!

Because you can simply give the baby up for adoption. How would you feel if your mom killed you. You didn't have a choice in the matter. Also, don't give me any of that I wouldn't have known any better crap. That would be like saying they shouldn't prosecute you if someone ran up behind you and shot you in the back of the head. You wouldn't have known so big deal right. Wrong.

Anyway it depends upon the one who will bear a child inside her womb whether she is ready to have a baby or not...What I'm trying to say is that the decision lies on the mother itself....
If she does believe that abortion is a mortal sin, then she won't do the abortion...
...And if she do believe the idea that you are saying then she can do the abortion in no less than an hour~_^
