It's bc you can't get high off of cig. Although drinking can have harmful out come like drunk driving but it's a good revenue and some they can tax but that's also why they have to say Drink responsible and it's up to the state to legalize weed in hostpital |

Because if the government outlaws cigarettes, people will start shooting others just for a pack.
Almost EVERYONE loves beer, so that isnt outlawed.

because the governent never got around to controlling it.
booze and ciggarettes had taxes placed on them,
allowing the goverment to earn money from the sales
if they had done the same with pot
