A lot of people think it is legal to smoke weed on 4/20. But is it actually alright. I wanna hear your thoughts. I don't think it's okay because if it isn't legal all the time why would the police make it legal on one day only. Sometimes i wonder how people could think this. Tell me why you think this. Please.

It's fine to smoke it 365 days a year. The prohibition is immoral and essentially unenforceable, which is why so many people ignore it. |

No one thinks it is legal. cops are more laid back with it and its a form of Fun Protest to the current awful drug laws. Like the recent teabaggings that have taken place. |

No it's illegal everyone knows it is, they still do it. I'm smoking on 4/20, who cares what the government says there just trying to impose on you're right to make choices about you're own health. I believe in marijuana law reform and complete government reform. |

Depends on where you do it. If you smoke in a big city like NYC, most likely the cops wont mess with you. There more concerned with someone who is carrying/selling large amounts.
But, if you happen to be in a small country town and not related to the judge or police chief, then you'd be screwed. |
