No, Nevada is just advanced from other states that like to put things that many folks do (but like to act holy about and hide). Other states like to say "we don't tolerate that here," and many states make the majority of their "income" off of fines/tickets/etc for things they say are crimes. Nevada is not as up in your business as other states, who like to preach and not practice. Marijuana is still considered an illegal drug in states like Kansas, Missouri, and about 44 other ones. The debate over Marijuana being a "drug" exists, but I know I'd rather not have someone "stoned" driving me anywhere....Or watching my child. It is clinically proven most of the marijuana sold on the street slows reaction time.:) |
