They don't have the call they were just the investigators. Its the UN that has that call or some other international tribunal. The biggest question would the US answer to it since they are one of the Security Members. Besides don't you think somethings should be brought to trial. Such as torture, being lock up with out the right of a just and speedy trial. |

Their laws give them the right to do so. The USA don't have to like it, but that's how it is and they can do nothing about it. It is their laws and they are allowed to do so. |
