Why is it illegal to quickly kill someone with a gun but legal to slowly kill them with your car exhaust?

Mo Fayed
It is illegal to kill someone using a carbon monoxide hosepipe.

This is the story of the 'Michael Molloy' murder:

I am not sure what you mean. It is illegal to kill anyone regardless of method.

If you think car exhausts are killing people, why are you on a computer? Electricity is produced by burning fossil fuels which pumps out the same crap as exhausts, so you're killing us all right now...

Only in Arkansas.

Cowboy
If you intent to kill slowly with your car exhaust it is still illegal.

Oh my gosh you freakin' tree hugger...shut up!

It's also legal to slowly kill yourself by worrying about every nitpicking little thing.

If you want to live long, good diet and exercise are most important and to a lessor extent smoking.

Forget about whether or not you are around cars.

You will thank me
Car exhaust kills thousands yearly. It is no more acceptable to kill slowly than quickly. The car drivers know they are killing the planet, other people, and even themselves through inaction and obesity. They know they are guilty. That is why they protest so much. Stop doing it, car drivers. Stop driving. Choose an alternative like transit, cycling or walking, as often as possible. You will thank me.
