Even though you find it unfair, He signed the house over, the people who purchased the house handed him a check, and in return they get a legal piece of paper that says they own the house and the keys to the house. That would be like saying the carpenters who build your house can still go into your house and live in it because they built it, even though you purchased it and own it. I honestly can not believe you are asking this question. Your friend is in the wrong, he sold the house, transferred ownership, and signed the papers, that is his own fault for selling the house at a low price.now he is in jail for breaking and entering and trespassing. Your friend is lucky that the owner of the house didnt shoot him or beat him up, the current owner has a right to do that, to protect his property. You even said it yourself, he had to "SNEAK" into the house, you would have to "SNEAK" anywhere if you are in the right. its called common scence, get some.

Ok so its obvious the both of you are not very bright. So like the last twenty people who answered ya he sold his house and agreed on a price he is no longer the owner. Maybe this well make you understand you own question. You buy a house a few weeks later the previous owner returns to your house the one you just bought the house from and he then breaks in to your house and refuses to leave and tells you I built this house its mine even though I sold it. What do you think you would do I doubt you would agree with this Moron or would you. You and your buddy are idiots. |
