why is the file date 3 years earlier than the import date on a disorderly conduct charge in ohio? Will the charge ever disapear from my record? does anyone know exactly what this charge means "2001 CR B 001551509.03DISORDERLY CONDUCT02/23/2001GUILTYNO CONTEST08/30/2004?"
