If you wanna think deeply about this there would be to much debate on who is stupid. "Stupid" these days would be different that stupid from the past and future people will have a different kind of intellect. Some people could be stupid on some subjects yet brilliant on others. Some great things have come from "stupid" people and if they were killed they inventions would never have come. Society sets the norms for what is smart or stupid and well killing stupid people would mess up the balance of the world while being morally wrong according the the norms of today.

Because while you would think someone like me was stupid, I would think someone like you were stupid, and we would try to kill each other. And the winner would go around killing everyone they met who made a stupid comment - everyone's made a stupid comment.
