Wife is cruel to baby.......pls help?

pls help me.my wife is very cruel to OUR 22 month old baby.she is beating with sticks,hand,whack,shouts,screams at baby and it breaks my heart.i spoke to her several times regarding this and she said she will not change and we should do this to bring them as good kids.

but now a days she is too much,baby is aways crying.i can't concentrate on work as am always thinking of him.

i thought of complaining ,but am scared ,if they take him in to care and we may divorce(i don't care a divorce for my baby).

pls tell me what can do.

This is not normal behaviour. You and your wife risk a prison sentence. Your wife for hurting the child and you for failing to protect the child. You need help - NOW.
Report your concerns to Social Services. There will be a comprehensive assessment to determine reasons for your wife's behaviour and for supports you both may need.
The baby's safety is of primary importance here so act now!!

Take your baby and get him the hell out of the house and as far away from her as possible.

I very, very, much doubt that if you can provide a decent roof over your heads and can provide evidence of good child care facilities whilst you are at work, that any judge in the country will allow your baby to be taken into care.

You need to get the child away from this dreadful woman. I'm unclear as to whether you are saying you don't care about getting a divorce, or if you don't want one. Either way, this is not about you, it's about the harm she is doing to YOUR child. YOU have a duty of care to ensure the safety of your child and currently, you are failing him by allowing this abuse to happen.

Report it immediatly because kids should be brought up with kindness and respct therefore they will learn through their parents and plus it ONLY 22 MONTHS OLD FOR GOD'S SAKE i would call the police if i was you and an ambulance too im not being funny she could have hurt your child as you say BEATING WITH STICKS i believe thats against the law so...its dwn to you...if i was you i'd pick up the phone right n and call the EMERGENCY SERVICES NOW!!!!!!!!!

CALL CPS.....you can be charged with something if other people find out that you know about your child being abused and you arent doing anything about it.

This is serious. If the child is crying all the time it could already be in constant pain from broken bones etc.. If you do not report and something bad happens you could face criminal charges

Take your baby out of there NOW!! By allowing this to go on, you are contributing to the abuse. Take the baby to hospital, and report it to the police. By doing this, you are taking reasonable steps to protect your baby from further harm, and this will go in your favour.
