Me and 3 of my friends went out to play hide and seek and we hid on this ladys door she comes out and calls the cops, she has cancer and she said you want to kill me put a gun to my head and pull the trigger, only me im 15 and my 16 year old friend got caught, we got written a 120 dollar ticket, he called us idiots to another cop is there anything we can do to get out of it, and will it go on our permanent record.

It is a status offense, so no criminal record but not paying the fine will not make it go away. The ticket should have an option to contest it, Go to court and ask for a reduction in fine. |

A curfew violation is summary offense. It is like getting a parking ticket. You will have no criminal record. |

The law is different in every state in the US.
I'm guessing, though, if you are under 18 and you only got a ticket, this would not go on your "criminal record" in most states, or would disappear when you turn 18.
Did you go on the old lady's property? You are lucky that you didn't get arrested for trespassing or breaking an entering.
Talk to your father, show him the ticket. |
