There was no court order, it was by my parents & I have a clean record. Is there a way to show & let them know that I'm Stable? Is there a psych test? I want to get into Law Enforcement (Bail Enforcement/Fugitive Recovery (Bounty Hunting), Private Investigation or Body Guard).

Very possibly. I don't know if it should, but I would want to have you evaluated before giving you permission. If you are found to be okay now, while I wouldn't want you having a weapon, I would be hard pressed to say that you should not be allowed. |

No that has know bearing on you, now if your parents was applying for a gun the no they wouldn't get on. but youo have clean record and the back ground check will be on you not your parents. GOOD LUCK I AM CURRENTLY IN COLLEGE MAJORING IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE. WILL GRADUATE IN MAY 2010 |
