Will i be approved for a hardship restricted license in california?

i got a dui in december 08 and was grandted the 30day license after that i was pulled over two weeks ago drving on suspended license. currently i am filinf for a hardship license. do you think i will recieve the aproval of a hardship license? and will the dmv or judge find out that i was driving on suspended license? i have court on may 13th but today is april 19th and i plan on sending back in my forms to the dmv or wherever in 2-3 days. do anybody think i will get approved? and i take my grandparents to the doctors every week or so. and i work at night. go to school; full-time student. I am in need for one.
