I sold my house in Mexico ,i got 70 thousand for it,now i want to buy a home in the u.s.a with that money .will the i.r.s give me problems if i buy a house in america with that money?i work part time and have low income.

It is perfectly legal to bring your money into the USA to buy a home, and there is no US tax liability.
BUT!!!!! Do NOT try to bring it in as cash. At the border they will, without question, consider it as drug money, and you will have to prove it isn't.
Deposit it into a bank in Mexico, and withdraw it - with proper declaration - in the USA.
