This is very scary, not because of any fairness doctrine but because of one statement from the article: "He also admits his control scheme is unconstitutional. "
Obamas people do not care about the Constitution. They admit that their plans are unconstitutional. Yet they want to go ahead with them anyway. These people need to get out of Washington.

If they are admitting it is Unconstitutional then impeached proceedings need started AS SOON AS HE TRIES TO START IT. No reason to wait for it to be implemented and the damage is done. The President swears to uphold the Constitution, so if he wants to go against it then that should be when they start trying to remove him from office. I'm not really in favor of Biden becoming President, but better him then someone who wants to break the oath of office. |

I would say that the First Amendment protects
"really nasty EMails", wouldn't you?
I would also say that when the Government starts to
contemplate ignoring the Constitution, it might be
time for the People to start contemplating ignoring
the Government. (Passive resistance can be quite effective.)
I also think we might soon need that Second Amendment
for it's originally intended purpose:
As the ultimate check on Government power.
