I am 15 and I live in a apartment complex in Miami, FL. The people in charge enacted a policy a few months ago that prevents anyone under the age of 18 to pick up their deliveries that couldn't be delivered to the person. With this in mind, about 4 weeks ago, I went to pick up a package that had my name and address on it. Yet, she constantly refused to let me have MY package, even though I even had a state-issued I.D. with my picture, name, & address on it. Eventually, she let's me have it, saying its a favor this time but next time you have to be 18. Isn't it against federal law to withhold mail from someone? Is there anything I can do?
