If a person has to go into the witness protection program but has very distinct tattoos (for ex: Tupac's "Thug Life" tat) and it is like a very easy give-away of who the witness is, what would they do? I know they would change their physical appearance (hair color, maybe wear contacts, possibly have facial plastic surgery depending on how bad the situation is) but those tattoos would always would always be there. Even removing them with lasers isn't all that affective since you can still see it pretty well. Does anyone know? And what if certain clothes can't cover it up always and it's too big to put make-up over. Is there something the FBI could do that normally none of us have access to, to get rid of the tattoo at least mostly until it is almost not noticeable.
PS- I know it's pretty random but it is a good question...and I don't really know what category this goes under

They could have laser surgery to have them removed. OR the cheapest thing is to have a new tattoo created over the old one. |
