Worst that can happen for drunk in public charges in court?

Ok so i'm 18 alcoholic,got caught drunk in public and went to jail for 12 hours...Dr.Drew's my doctor and I've been to rehab plenty of times but I have to go to court for being drunk in public in 10 days.

you get a fine. since you are still under 21 you might get the additional slap on the wrist of some community service hours.

If this is your first time for legal action, probably probation (including some type of rehab) , a fine and maybe Community Service. Depending on what State you live in (especially CA and AR) you could lose your drivers license also.

If you're 18, isn't it illegal for you to be drinking in the first place?
Anyway, I'll bet you spent time in jail so that you could sober up and that the charge is a misdemeanor. If that's the case the worst-case scenario will include additional jail time, especially if this isn't your first offense.
If it is your first offense, be prepared to pay a fine before you're allowed to go home.

All depends on where you live and how many times you have been charged for drunk in a public place before.

.
And the court will put you in detox to try and clean your act up so you can drive right if you still have your license that is
.
So you might be getting kind of scared cause it is not what the courts are going to do to you
.
It is what are you doing to you

Alcohol is a drug and you have and addiction and most employers will not touch a person that has a habit
.
Especially with the job market as it is now in America that is like taking a cement block for a swim in the ocean kind of idea

And the courts will only make it know to all that you are a risk in getting to work for them
.
