Let me answer with a question: Would it be ethical to decide who gets a life-saving organ donor and who doesn't based on an ability to pay? Your suggestion would mean poor people die while richer people live. |

I dont think its wrong if no money is involved in that. For e.g. if someone eyes gives other one a chance to see the world then nothing wrong in that....but this should not limit to the rich ppl.... if poor ppl also get that then nothing wrong in this |

No. why not accept destiny? right?
And the mean disadvantage of this, it is just like a modern discrimination, "rich people get sick and needed one kidney inorder to be alive again, and they search someone who can donate" where can you find this stuff? of course, rich people will not provide this stuff, its from poor people, and their mortality rate is increasing... |

Its certainly not ethical. But then it comes down to supply and demand, and if the rich west is prepared to pay for them, who's to say its wrong. Personally i think it terrible that people have to do this to be able to live, but that's another question. |

No, it would not be. People will do anything for money. This is sad, sad, sad. People on transplant lists that are dying every minute of the day, and you ask such a question. I hope this was not a question in which you ask trying to be comical.
If it isn't, please accept my apologies- I just don't think it is funny when someone jokes about this while people, including little children are waiting for that miracle. |

Especially if the organs are still being enjoyed by their human hosts. |

Never. Both the seller and the buyer are desperate and the trading will be in misery and suffering. |

Opening up a black market (as there unavoidably would be) in this area, No.
I hope you cant imagine the sick levels criminal gangs across the globe would stoop to to get hold of the organs |
