If you men that I consider the law to be immoral, of course I would. In fact, I break laws all the time simply because I disagree with them, and breaking them has no ill effect on others. Smoking pot is an example. |

Lots of Germans followed laws that the rest of the world considered immoral during the Hitler regime.
Give us an example of what you mean. |

Sure and even some I don't think are immoral. For example, I drank before I was 21 and sometimes I even jaywalk and speed. |

I suspect even the most ardent supporter of capital punishment would break the law by escaping from prison if he/she were wrongly convicted of a capital crime and had the opportunity to escape. |

that is called civil disobedience and it depends on what the law is and the consequences of breaking it. before you do something weigh the consequences and ask is it worth it? |

It depends if it effected other people. |

What law is immoral? Ok Nazi Germany had laws I may see as immoral, but I think I'd be doing my best to MOVE instead of breaking the laws. In cases where I couldn't do anything about the laws, and couldn't get away from them, then I may be forced to break the law. |
