I'm not really sure if I would kill people if it was legal. It makes me wonder . . . if it was legal, would it have the moral stigma attached to it?

If it didn't have that moral stigma, I can't say that I wouldn't want to strangle a few people. But I can't imagine feeling good about myself after doing it. I just can't separate myself from the moral aspect of it.

No, I don't kill people in reality. Just occasionally in my head.

Honestly no I wouldn't ... solely because, regardless of laws, I have to live by my own code of morals, and I don't find it acceptable to be the judge, jury and executioner when it comes to another individual.

laws don't keep people from killing each other. Laws are just for community justice to make the society feel comforted. I asked a judge once about that...she said capital punishment wasn't for the murderer, it was for the people...call it retribution or justice...it keeps the society together believing in itself.

no and i think people who wish killing was legal are messed up..

Even if i am extremely mad at someone and never want to see them again, i would rather wish them to move to a diferernt state than to be killed.

Remember, they have families that will be hurt because they were killed, so they would have to suffer along with the person who pissed you off, except they didn't do anything to deserve it.
