It would depend - I'd have to weigh up the personal benefits I get, against what the other person is doing.
In general, I don't have an objection to people playing the system or taking advatage of buisnesses, so if it was something like that, I'd probably turn a blind eye.

NO, not at all that is wrong to turn a blind eye. I've had that happen to me many places that I have worked at, the management always did this to please the lazy people that were too lazy to work and I always got shafted up the behind.
