Your right to protest ends when you infringe upon rights of others?

Your right to protest ends when you infringe upon the rights of others and terrorizing people in their homes is an infringement upon them, correct or not?

Well, it should be that way, but it's not in the Western world. Obama taught people to go terrorize bank presidents at their homes. ANTIFA, the terrorist groups in Greece protesting are setting police officers on fire -- they should spray the damn crowd with bullets.

We're going to lose the Western civilization because we're soft.

Correct, however my understanding of things is SEIU was technically not violating any laws; in Maryland it is considered trespassing only if someone is on your land, and you tell them to get off of the property and they refuse to do so (unless you have No Tresspassing signs posted, then it's different.) Nobody in the home told them to get off the land in their confusion and panic, so it was still technically legal. The most they could be charged with his some destruction of property to the front yard and maybe violating noise ordinances, and it'd probably be hard to make even those stick. They're probably going to get away with this.

Again that's just my understanding of it, only heard it from one source a few days ago so it isn't verified, but it sounds like something they would do to make sure their asses are covered.

That is correct. Not only is it not your right, but going onto their property is illegal.

Personally, I think all protests against individuals should be left to public and work places, not neighborhoods and homes. It's common decency.

To the person below me: What does Obama have to do with this??? Really, you guys act like he is God or something.

Correct and this was a private residence. They were on the bankers porch, in his yard. They don't have the right to protest on someone else' private property. Also they must get a permit to protest in public. They should be prosecuted and the DC police who assisted the protesters should be fired.

Yes, to bad this Administration does not know the law.

Yes, but the law is interpreted differently in different places. (Namely, cities and states don't all have the same definition of what constitutes infringing up on the rights of others.)
