my dog was recently attacked by a American Bull dog cross. After the attack we found out that the attacking dog was a rescue dog and was used as a bait dog in its previous ownership. this was released to the new owner (of 2 weeks ownership) by the rspca. Should this dog have been allowed to be re-homed and if so would there be any restrictions on the dog i.e musseled or leashed etc? Also is it legal to own a bait dog?
