been talking to my sons after 9 years when i lost them

hi i was 15 when i had my twin boys. when they were 3 they were taken into fostercare. but i was told by s-workers i would have ma baby boys back. so i did everything they asked of me to do.(everything) then behind my back i found out by the fostercarer that they had sent her adoption papers for my boys. i was deverstated. as they told me all along i would get them back the plan was to have them back with there mum they told me. anyway this is a very long story and could be here for ever so. i,ll cut it down. at the age of five i lost in court to the social workers. and my boys were to be adopted at the age of 5. i was deverstated and more as u can imangen. i got to meet my boys adopted mum and dad. who were very nice. in court the judge says a open adoption would be good if the people would agree to this. i have asked a number of times but was told not at this point. do u think i will ever get that now? anyway my wonderful boys are now 13. and i have just lately spoken to them will not say were. but it was not face to face. my boys kept there names i gave them just last name changed. witch i wasnt to no what that was but they made a mistake on a letter and i found this out. i cant even put into words how it made me feel to hear my sons call me mum. i always thought they would hate me. etc. but i never gave them up they were taken from me. due to a bad r-ship with there dad. and they thought i would go back with him when he was out of jail. witch i never ever did. what will happen if there parants find out we have been talking? both my boys now no why they are not with me and its been so good to no that they understand and are wanting to meet me. but i no that we can not meet on till there 18. or there parants let them. i talk to them every night. and i do live some way from them i would never go to there home adress or anything. but we have to be careful we dont get found out that we are talking. can anyone tell me what age it is when maybe my boys could ask to see me? when can they see there files? im dieing to go and meet them as one of my boys whent and met my sister. and had a lovely time i was so jelouse wish that was me but i dont want my boys to be in trubble. or we get are contact by letter stopped. any help would be good thankyou
