Ex-son in law just received a letter from his lawyer stating that she will be charging him for not telling her everything in his disability/ssi court case.She is claiming he was not up front with her from the get-go and now she wants him to pay her for her time on the case.Can she legally do this?he hasn't been denied yet?

no,not if she signed a paper stating that she would represent him.she is stuck till the end.even if he gets denied,she cant claim any monies,unless he signed a contract stating other wise |
