There are consumer credit act requirements bout copies of agreements, but even if the compny hd problem with that the court could still order payment of the amount owed even if they froze interest.

This latest scam of trying to get out of credit agreements,is based on you paying a company to try and find a way out of your debt.
You end up paying a company for nothing and still owe the money.
Credit companies have enormous resources,they spend billions a year writing then checking and rechecking the agreements.
You will need to find a very shrewd expert to try to find a mistake in your agreement,you will need to pay this expert a lot of money up front,for them to spend what could be days trying to find a fault-if there is one.
You signed the agreement,you spent the money,
pay back the debt. |

I am guessing you are disputing paying back the charges you owed. If this credit card is in collections, then many times the collection agency does not have the original contract that you signed. Or credit card companies change names and so the paper trail becomes lost.
Your only recourse is to ask them for a copy of the agreement you signed and if they don't have, can dispute.

We had the money we spent the money and if there is a way to avoid paying it back we will use the system just like MP`s and when my credit runs out I will use my childrens clean credit to get some more free money. Only 6yrs for a clean sheet then we can start again.
