I have found a house local to me which is going to wrack and ruin and is far to nice to be left in that condition !
I have been told the owner died a while ago but can find no record of her death ?
the house is still in her name ?
Council tax is still in her name but i couldn't find out if it was paid as they wouldn't tell me ?
i have been to the land registry but they have no title deed ?
I dont know what to do next ?
