Someone crashed into my car and accepted the liability and gurantee that he will fix it as he has his own Pane Beaters, before the accident i took the car for a full service the car was 100 percent alright, now as i went to check if that guy fixed the car, the car wont even start.
The thing is that i did not report this accident and also i dont have any insurance because it is a second hand car, what do i do ? please help!
