and capital punishment has been abolished from all the developed countries...
even India has signed in d convention of abolishing capital punishment... bt it hasn't ratified d convention yet...
in constitution it is clearly specified the right to live... it is a constitutional right... human right..
n everone deserves a second chance... we must give them chance to reform ...
wat we need is corrupt free politicians..... |

In my opinion capital punishment is necesary in india.
reason being that it is however necesary to provide a deterrent effect to the upcoming criminals or to those who are having a criminal mind... becaus as new forms of crime like cyber crime etc are emerging in the society its also necesary to provide new punishments not to reduce them in number...
