I have been suspended on full pay pending investigation of gross misconduct. The reason that i used someone i know to do some contracting for my employer, he owed me some money in the past so in on invoice we agreed that i will keep it so he clear his debt, but month later i have been suspended due to same very invoice, which i believe that guy claimed to my employer that he havnt got it. Although if that is the case he is lying. I have worked for the fompany for over 3 years with excellent track record, am i going to be sacked?
