Seeing as how it is already the law of the land it should be made a state law for all states. The feds aren't doing their job for one reason or another.

I think it is a good start, and should be the model that the rest of the states use to create their own laws. If that piece of crap federal government cannot do their job, I say we disband ICE and keep that money in the states, and we'll do our own reinforcement.

yes we need to encourage all the states to pass laws to protect their workers from losing jobs to illegals and maybe at the same time prevent drug dealers from bringing in drugs and selling them to our kids people don't seem to realize how many of the illegals bring in the drugs as it pays their way into the country.

This law was long overdue. I'm glad Arizona has stepped up to the plate and taken the initiative.

Its about time we sent a message that illegal immigration, drug smuggling, the depression of wages, the strain on social sevices, and immigrant gangs will not be tolerated.

Agree 100 %. All states dealing with illegals should take control since the federal government will not do their job. Arizona has every right to do what they are doing.

oppose it 100% . It expands the power of the police state and the government. It will do NOTHING to curb the illegal immigration problem. The government does nothing to secure our borders so that fools will give up their constitutional rights thinking they are only doing whats good for the Country.

Personally, I disagree with this law. I understand that in Arizona there is a huge issue with illegal immigration. People who look 'illegal,' can be arrested, and that's not right. There are plenty of legal citizens that are Mexican in Arizona that can be accused of being illegal, when they are not. I know that Arizona is fed up with illegal immigrants, but I feel that if they wanted to make a law that wasn't so outrageous, they could have. I understand that Arizona is trying to protect its jobs, but I feel that it is up to the discretion of the employer for who they want to hire.
I don't think that other states should adapt this law because it seems to be pretty racially driven, and that is not ethically or morally right.
People need to preserve everyone's rights in America, not take them away. It destroys liberties and it is an unconstitutional law.
