depends on the cop.
If it's a city cop, go to the county seat
If a state trooper, go to the ranking state law enforcement official.
The key is to go higher than the corruption does.
If it's just one guy, you can often talk to his superior. If his superior is involved you may have to go to his superior. If you go as high as you can & everybody's involved (not likely) go to a news agency. |
