Should I give in my two weeks notice?
I am a law student and I just started a job where the boss has already started yelling at me, yelled at me for being only 2 mins late as well. It is a part time job and I am already thinking about quitting. I was going in to put in my notice but than I know that they will make my life hell and give me so much trouble if I do. What should I do? Should I just quit?

Regardless of how long you have been working, you should always give a two week notice. Even though this is a part time job, you may very well need to use this employer as a reference later. Also, if this job is listed on your resume, a prospective employer may contact them for a reference.
Also, if you are indeed a law student, you should be used to being yelled at. If you are not, you may want to rethink your profession. I have been a legal assistant/paralegal for almost eight years and every attorney that I have worked for yells. Partners yell at associates all of the time. For that matter, Judges yell as well. You really need to develop a thick skin if you want to succeed as a lawyer.

When you get laid off from a job, do they give you 2 weeks notice? If you just started, Just tell them on friday at 5pm that this is your last day. |

Always give 2 weeks notice. Unless you are being physically threatened...
Not giving notice is the same as walking out on a date. Sometimes apropriate, in extreme situations... But it is tough getting another one once people know about it. |

You may be a law student, but this sounds like a post some 16 year old fast food worker would make. Why quit just because you are getting yelled at?
Here's the only question you need to ask to decide whether you "should" quit: Do I need this job right now?
Always give 2 weeks notice, I don't care if you are working at Latham & Watkins or Arby's. |
